I lost the email that had my flash cards attached?
Yes! Please email my customer service team at [email protected] and we will get that sent to you.
Be aware that company working days are Tuesdays-Fridays.
Are you ever going to sell physical flash cards again?
Yes! I’d love to! Right now with the small package shipping changes in the European Union and all the tariffs for shipping outside of the United States, it’s not cost effective to offer physical flash cards.
If you know of a distribution system that would make this possible, please reach out and let me know!
What is your refund policy if I can’t make it to our scheduled boundary coaching session?
All product sales are final with no refunds. That includes boundary coaching sessions.
You have the option to reschedule up to three times within 90 days of your original session date.
I’m also open to switching our session format from phone/video call to email/voice memos if needed.

Is your last name really “Orange”?
Yes! I legally changed my name to Kami Orange in 2016.
I chose my own name after a divorce and some major life changes. I absolutely LOVE being Kami Orange!!
What type of degree or education do you have to be a Boundary Coach?
I created the title of “Boundary Coach” for myself in 2021.
Coaching is an unregulated industry in the United States and there is no required education, certification, or training to use the title of “coach”.
Sometimes people think coaching and therapy are the same thing? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Therapists are helping professionals with an advanced degree and a license to practice. Coaches are self-appointed helping professionals focused on goals.
My goal as a boundary coach is to help you say the thing.
